Roastery, training centre and HQ, WatchHouse Maltby Street is an invitation for customers to immerse themselves in the world of Modern Coffee. This repurposed railway arch has been designed with curiosity in mind as you look through the feature glass wall, and watch the team roasting, training and tasting. With a high tech mod bar, retail section and the opportunity to embark on home brewing courses, Maltby Street opens up our educational dialogue with the people at the heart of the operation - our customers.
We operate a 90-minute time slot on tables during peak periods.
